Our firm is pleased to announce that two members of our team have accepted offers to become partners at Lank, Johnson & Tull, CPAs, effective January 1, 2026.
Brandon Tull has spent more than 12 years building and leading the audit practice in our Seaford, Delaware office. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and attained his CPA licenses in Delaware and Maryland. Brandon manages a portfolio of attest engagements including audits of affordable housing partnerships and developers, local governments, nonprofit organizations, and other diverse clientele. As Audit Director, he also oversees the firm's quality management system, coordinates continuing education programs, and has led efforts to integrate new technology into our workflows.
Jarred Geyer joined our firm in 2017 and currently serves as the Tax Manager in our Milford, Delaware office. He completed a bachelor's degree in accounting and later attained his MBA with a concentration in management, both from Wesley College. Jarred manages tax preparation and planning engagements for individuals and businesses and is a licensed CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in Delaware. Before joining Lank, Johnson & Tull, CPAs, he worked as an Auditor for the State of Delaware.
Our existing partners, Rick Tull, Mark Johnson, and Chip Lank, will continue to serve their clients. These promotions are part of a broader commitment to develop our professional staff and build a strong foundation for the firm's future.
Recently, members of our team have been attending firm-led group study sessions to prepare for the CPA exam and have collectively passed more than 10 sections. This progress reflects our belief that investing in our staff is the best way to serve our clients. As our team continues to excel and complete their CPA journeys, we look forward to sharing more announcements like this one with you soon.
