Remembering Bob Lank

Lank, Johnson & Tull, CPAs is saddened to learn of the passing of our founding partner, Robert B. Lank. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

On September 26, 2022, Robert B. Lank, of Milford, peacefully passed away with his family by his side, at Cadia Rehabilitation Renaissance in Millsboro, DE.

He was born in Lewes, DE on June 4, 1940 to the late Robert Hayman and Elva Burton Lank. Mr. Lank graduated from Seaford High School in 1958. He attended Goldey Beacom College and received a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting. Robert became a Certified Public Accountant in 1971. He worked for Vernon Kerr before starting his own business. Mr. Lank retired from Lank, Johnson, and Tull CPAs in 2017.

Mr. Lank enjoyed golfing, gardening, and fishing. He was a member of the Milford Jaycees and the Milford Chamber of Commerce where he was Past President. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Diane J. Lank, his daughter, Robin E. Lank, his son, Robert "Chip" B. Lank, Jr. and his wife Beverly, his grandson, Matthew B. Lank, his step grandchildren, Matthew, Bryan, and Katie Messick, and his brothers, Lawrence B. Lank and his wife Robin, and John H. Lank and his wife Deborah.
